On behalf of GM Jud Burkett and assistant Jason Stumpf, the Kodiaks and Kodiaks management and staff would like to congratulate the WHL Champions. "Like I said at the beginning of the series, we have a good and team and may the best team win. I was hoping
 that would be us but, Mario and company just seemed to be able to man handle our team. It seems the best team did win, and though second place is good, it is sad to see us lose the cup. The Mallrats played great hockey and kept us on our feet. They deser
