Two of Monarchs players recieved injuries, and will miss the opening of the playoffs. Monarchs Managemnet refused to comment the incident yesterday. The Herald have continue to search for the truth, and we have talked with persons inside the organization and they stated that it was a big fight in the end of yesterdays practice, that was closed for the Media. Our sources says that four players was involved, Makkela, Gill, Wolanin and Jody Hull. Apparently Gill made a boarding on Makkela. Makkela got upset over Gill's action and started to punsh him. Gill tried to cool the angry fin down, but instead of stopping, Makkela slashed Gill very heavily over the legs. Makkela's line-mate Jody Hull then got into it and Wolanin stood up for Gill. "It was a real mess out there. I have never heard anybody scream so loud as Gill did when Makkela slashed him" said our sources. Our inside information also says that Makkela isn't injuried at all. The Management have suspended Makkela 3 games for his very dirty action against Gill. "Larsson and his staff only stated that Makkela is injuried, but he's suspended by them". So, Gill is goon for many games, and Makkela is what it seems suspended by his own GM. The Commissioner Trophy Winners could had a better prepretion for the playoffs. We have tried to reach Larsson, the coaching staff and the players but no one is availible for comments. One intresting thing is that Gill and Wolanin both came from Mustangs a while a go. Maybe this is a sign that the former Mustangs players don't have fit into the special team-spirit that Larsson and his blue and yellow jerseys have. We will be back in this matter and continue to investigate the subject.
