Counsellors: Shaun Driver, Jason Stumpf, Andreas Larsson I would need one of you as the Internal Director, whose assignment would be to maintain the league records starting this season. If anyone can think of a title and responsibility for the counsellors (if they want to), it would be great. Tell me your ideas, what you think we should work on, anything. New developments: -money system reported to season 3 -some minor changes in the retirement article -new improved 74 days of 12 games schedule -rookie watch in the WHL Weekly magazine We also have to decide on the number of games over which a player is not considered a rookie anymore. Example: All new draftees are rookies, and players who played under 10 games in the league are considered rookies. Here is the new retirement table I want to use (starting tonight): Age Chance of retiring ---------------------------------------- 30 5% 31 10% 32 15% 33 20% 34 30% 35 40% 36 50% 37 55% 38 60% 39 70% 40 85% 41 100% I want to change it because most of the players who play after 35 are still playing because they are good players (Gretzky, Coffey, Messier, Bourque, Gartner, Murphy, Mullen, ...) Under the current rule, most of these have a very good chance of retiring, and they are still able to play, and they are rated high, so it would be frustrating for their team to lose them.
