The Dominators lost there first game after Jeff Brown was injured, which seemed to shake up the team a bit. They were in totally dissoray against the Monarchs and blew two, two goal leads. Today, however, the Dominators got back on track behind the great play of rookie Dman Bryan McCabe. McCabe was the number one star of the game with a goal and two assists. Mike Modano finally woke up a little by scoring a goal and adding an assist. Dan Kesa and rookie Jason Botterill did there part by each chipping in two assists. Newcomer to the team Scott Lachance scored another goal today making it four goals in his last three games. "I am very proud of my team. Sooner or later our team was gonna get hit by an injury or a suspension. We just weren't prepared for the injury to come to Jeff Brown. We asked Scott Lachance to move to the first line to take over for Brown, Lachance responded very well. Lachance was a very good aquisition for us. He has stepped up and played very strong and I expect him to fit in even better the more games he plays. My rookies are just playing there hearts out and I hope they can keep focused over the whole season. If they keep playing the way they have been they are gonna all have a shot at the rookie of the year award." said an estatic coach-GM Jason Kolsrud. DOMINATORS NEWS: GM Kolsrud is very happy with his team but has been disappointed in the play of Steven and Kesa as of late. Also Jan Caloun and Bob Bassen have both expressed their feelings about wanting a trade.
