Subject: Voodoo Noos

Well it has been a busy day in the Voodoo offices.  The Voodoo have
completed 3 trades in attempts to cut back the payroll and build for the
future.  The first trade they made sent Gerald Diduck to the Norsemen for
a second round draft pick.  Then the Voodoo completed a huge trade with
the SteelCats which sent Trevor Linden, Alexei Karpotsev, Sergio Momesso,
and rookies Nolan Baumgartner, and Todd Warriner for Sandis Ozolnish,
Wayne Gretzky, 1st and 3rd round draft picks belonging to the SteelCats,
plus the Lunatics first round pick.  They then shipped Gretzky, Tikannen,
and Jeff Odgers, to the Huskies for Brendan Shanahan, and the Huskies 1st,
2nd, and 4rth round picks.  GM Darren Kinnaird said he was not done and
was still looking to move Coffey and defenceman Rob Blake.
